I listen, act, and transform
My name is Racheal Bergmann and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) for the State of Wisconsin with 11 years of professional work experience working with clients in secure facilities and in hospital settings. I have served as a social work and substance use counseling program instructor.
I enjoy tailoring the needs of the client with a treatment modality and plan that will best suit their individual preferences. My approach to goal setting with clients is collaborative. I enjoy assisting clients through the planning process for the goal they are hoping to achieve through therapy. Typically, this involves setting specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound objectives so the client fully understands what they need to do to accomplish the goal. In addition, I also include what I can do to help the client as well because I am helping them through this process.
